Use the ruler to find the low spots, place the bed on a thick carpet and use your knee to work it flat. Iterate between the ruler and knee to flatten the bed. Move the hairdryer around for even heating, then turn it off after a minute or more. Bend the print back to a flat shape, then hold it for a few minutes until it cools.
